Alba Residential is a dynamic and fast growing company who are always looking for talented team players.  Although experience in the property and letting market are advantageous, good attitude, ambition and drive are even more important.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

PROPERTY ASSISTANT

This is a hugely varied role based both in and out of the Alba Residential office in St Andrews, ensuring all clients (landlord and tenant) enquiries are dealt with in an adequate and timely manner and with the utmost customer care.

Administration duties will include application and referencing of tenants, typing up inventories and inspections, booking viewings and processing new move-ins including lease signings.

Other aspects include end of lease check out reports and conducting inventories for all properties and arranging any works which may arise from the end of a tenancy, updating the property database accordingly, and advising both landlords and tenants of any deductions which may arise.  As well as completing the check in and check out process of our holiday lets, property inspections and property viewings.

We are looking for a candidate who thrives under pressure, is a huge team player, is happy for a varied and busy role and has excellent communication and administration skills.  A positive attitude is a must and competency in the Microsoft Office packages is imperative.  A good knowledge of the area is also useful.

**A driver’s licence is an essential for this role.
